Heat Oil in a cooker
Fry Ginger garlic paste in oil to a golden brown colour
Add onions and fry iy.. Till it is pink in colour
Add turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, Garam masala powder, Salt and Cumin seeds powder
Mix well. Add mutton and fry well ... Add 1 cup of water and cook it till 4 whistles
Make a green paste with coriander, mint, Kasuri methi, Spinach, green chillies
Now add this green paste to the mutton and add 1/2 cup curd
Cook over low heat till gravy thickens
When done switch off the gas and layer it with onion and curd all over the gravy
Take a small bowl . place a burning charcoal to it and add Pure ghee and Garam masala and immediately close the lid. So that the smoke doesnot come out
let the smoke be there for 5-10 mins
Hara Dhua gosht (smokey green mutton)is ready. Serve it with roti and rice
